It looks like BlackBerry is working on the successor of mid-range BlackBerry Z10 smartphone called the Rio Z10. Tech site N4BB posted possible specifications and Images of the Rio Z20. The site reports that the alleged BlackBerry Z20 will be promoted as an affordable mobile device for professionals.
"Power Pros who want to be considered by others as being current with technology, yet cost is a major consideration in their purchase decision," the site reported.
According to the site, the BlackBerry Rio Z20 will feature a 5-inch HD display and will be powered by 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 processor paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage [microSD card support]. Camera features include an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front camera. Connectivity features include Penta Band LTE + 4G Hotspot, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and Miracast. The handset will be backed by 2,800 mAH battery.
According to N4BB the BlackBerry Rio Z20 will be launched in February 2015, priced below $300 (Rs 19,000).
